Maternal, Child, and Family Health

Overview
The Maternal, Child, and Family Health Division includes all programs directly related to the health of children and families.

Women, Infants & Children (WIC)
WIC safeguards the health of eligible women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutritional risk. The WIC program is designed to improve the nutritional health of pregnant women, breastfeeding moms, infants, and children with the goal of improving the overall health of families.

Immunizations
We provide many different immunizations to children and adults, including travel and school vaccinations.

Childcare Providers
Quality childcare can make all the difference in the life of a child. We are committed to helping childcare providers offer the best possible care to children.

Nursing Services
Our nursing staff members provide care and expertise on many health issues to our community. Our nurses work to help area residents achieve their health goals.

Prenatal Case Management
We help mothers deliver healthy babies by encouraging healthy behaviors. Through one-on-one interaction with a nurse, you can help ensure a healthy delivery by learning behaviors that promote your health. Learn about prenatal case management. The department also offers pregnancy testing.
