Parks Discount Program

Program Overview

In response to our Employee Wellness Needs and Interest survey, a 75% discount has been established for City of Springfield employees on memberships to Chesterfield, Doling, and Dan Kinney Family Centers (package deal) and/or the Cooper Tennis Complex. Eligible employees also receive a 20% discount card that can be used for a additional services at a variety of Parks facilities. To establish eligibility or maintain current eligibility for a Parks Family Center Membership and/or Cooper Tennis Membership, a City employee must either participate in an annual HRA, submit a completed Annual Physical Examination Verification Form, or have been hired within the last 12 months. These forms must be resubmitted prior to your membership expiration date each year.
