The Ozark Region Workforce Development Board hereby offers public notice of the 2020-2023 Plan of Service, Modification #4 for the service area to include Christian, Dallas, Greene, Polk, Stone, Taney, and Webster counties. The Plan of Service meets the requirements established by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014 and the strategic goals set by the Ozark Region Workforce Development Board to serve the citizens and employers of the Ozark Region.

Modification #4 includes revisions to the following attachments:

• Attachment 4 Sub-State Monitoring Policy

• Attachment 11 Planning Budget Summaries

• Attachment 14 Adult Priority of Service Policy

• Attachment 15 Expenditure Rate Policy

• Attachment 19 Basic Skill Deficient Policy

• Attachment 20 Training Policy

• Attachment 29 Business Service Plan

In addition, there are wording changes, additions, deletions on pages 39, 46, 99, and 104 of the Plan.

The 2020-2023 Plan of Services, Modification #4 may be reviewed in the offices of the Missouri Job Center, 2900 East Sunshine, Springfield, MO, during normal working hours or through our website at http://www.springfieldmo.gov/1564/Important-Notices-Documents. Comments will be accepted up to 14 days from the date of this publication and should be directed to Susan Johanson, WDB Chair, at the above address. Comments become public record and shall be made a part of said Plan.

How to report criminal fraud, waste and abuse under WIOA

Criminal fraud, waste and abuse information and complaints involving criminal fraud, waste, abuse or other criminal activity must be reported immediately through the Department's Incident Reporting System to the Department of Labor Office of Inspector General, Office of Investigations, Room S5514, 200 Constitution Avenue NW., Washington, DC 20210, or to the corresponding Regional Inspector General for Investigations, with a copy simultaneously provided to the Employment and Training Administration. The Hotline number is 1-800-347-3756. The Web site is http://www.oig.dol.gov/contact.htm. Complaints of a non-criminal nature may be handled under the procedures set forth in § 683.600 or through the Department's Incident Reporting System.
