The Springfield Sanitary Landfill held a community involvement session on May 26, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. at the Willard Public Schools District Office Training Room, 500 E. Kime Street in Willard, Missouri. The Springfield Sanitary Landfill has applied for a permit expansion to its existing facility in Greene County. The landfill recently completed a geologic investigation to determine if the site is suitable for expansion. The proposed site is located at 3545 W. Farm Road 34, Willard, Missouri.
