Leftover chicken - shredded or diced
Salad greens of your choice - romaine, bib lettuce, spinach, etc.
Chopped vegetables of your choice - tomatoes, peppers, onions, cucumbers, etc.
Shredded cheese of your choice (optional)
Balsamic vinaigrette dressing (or other salad dressing of your choice)
Directions
Plate salad greens and top with vegetables, chicken and cheese if desired.
Add dressing, or place dressing in a small bowl and dip fork times before each bite of salad to cut calories.
