Veggie Pizza


  • 1 large whole wheat or gluten free tortilla
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup frozen broccoli florets, thawed and chopped (or any veggie of your choice)
  • 2 tbsp sliced black olives (optional)
  • garlic powder (optional)


  1. Preheat toaster oven to 450°F.
  2. Place the tortilla on a pizza screen.
  3. Spread sauce evenly over the tortilla with a spoon, to within 1/4 inch of the edge.
  4. Spread cheese evenly over sauce.
  5. Sprinkled chopped onion, peppers, broccoli and black olives evenly over cheese.
  6. Shake garlic powder chopped vegetables.
  7. Place pizza screen on the center rack of the toaster oven and bake for approximately 5 minutes or until the edges of the crust appear brown and crispy.
  8. Slide cooked pizza from pizza screen onto a cutting board. Slice with a pizza cutter and enjoy!
