The NEST Partnership is a program that provides free nurse visits for qualified families, both during and after pregnancy. Services are delivered in the home during scheduled visits. We answer questions, monitor blood pressure and weight, connect families with community resources and teach ways to have a healthier pregnancy and a healthier baby.

Nurture

During prenatal home visits, our nurses will follow the pregnancy progress and provide follow-up visits after the baby is delivered

Empower

During one-on-one sessions, our nurses help you learn more about infant health, safety and development as you love and nurture your new baby.

Support

During infant care service, meet with one of our nurses to discuss your questions and concerns. It's like having a nurse in the family.

Teach

We provide educational classes on a variety of topics for anyone involved in caring for the baby. These classes help your family stay well, safe and happy.
