Development Review Team - Zoning & Subdivisions

The Development Review Office is a division within the Department of Planning and Development and is responsible for assisting customers to comply with the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations through a managed review process.

We also staff and support three City Council-appointed boards and commissions: the Planning & Zoning Commission (development review applications), the Board of Adjustment (for code interpretations and variances) and the Landmarks Board (reviews applications for historic properties).
