This week’s COVID-19 public vaccination opportunities: March 13-18

Springfield-Greene County Health encourages everyone to consider getting vaccinated against COVID-19. A weekly schedule for COVID-19 vaccination opportunities in Greene County for March 13-18 can be found below. Vaccination against COVID-19 can help prevent severe illness and hospitalization. If you have any questions about COVID-19 vaccination, please visit vaccine417.com or call 417-874-1211.  

Additionally, flu vaccines will be available at some Health Department pop-up COVID-19 clinics and Westside Public Health Center, 660 S. Scenic Ave. to those 19 and older who are uninsured or underinsured while supplies allow. Getting both your flu and COVID-19 vaccine in or around the same time is considered safe. 

Individuals who are eligible for and receive a COVID-19 vaccine will receive a $50 gift card while supplies last at Health department clinics. A valid photo ID must be presented to receive the gift card.

  • Westside Public Health Center – 660 S. Scenic Ave., from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.  Closed 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. for lunch. 

Tuesday, March 14

  • Republic Library –921 N. Lindsey Ave., Republic, from 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. Moderna 6+ offered.
  • Library Center –4653 S. Campbell Ave., from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Moderna 6+ offered.

Wednesday, March 15

  • City Utilities Transit Center– 211 N. Main Ave., from 8:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. Pfizer 5+ offered. 

Thursday, March 16

  • Westside Public Health Center – 660 S. Scenic Ave., from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.  Closed 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. for lunch.

Friday, March 17

  • Westside Public Health Center – 660 S. Scenic Ave., from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.  Closed 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. for lunch.
