Individuals who are eligible for and receive a COVID-19 vaccine will receive a $50 gift card while supplies last at Health department clinics. A valid photo ID must be presented to receive the gift card. Less than 200 gift cards remain at this time!
Springfield-Greene County Health offers Pfizer (all doses) for those 5 years and older; Novavax (all doses) for those 12 years and older; and Moderna (booster doses only) for those 6 years and older. Moderna primary series doses are no longer available at SGCHD clinics.
