Traffic signal outages expected Oct. 15 at Campbell and Primrose intersection

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Traffic signals at the Campbell Avenue and Primrose Street intersection will be converted to a new system from 9 a.m. to noon, Thursday, Oct. 15. The City of Springfield Police Department will be on site to direct traffic while the signals are down. Expect possible delays.
