Update: Whitney Sisco was located at Walmart at 2825 N. Kansas Expressway this evening. She is safe and her health is in good condition.
Original release: The Springfield Police Department is investigating a report of a missing person and is asking for assistance from the public. Whitney Sisco, 29, was last seen on May 18 at her residential care facility in the 2000 block of W. College St. where she left on foot. Sisco has medical issues that require regular medication.
Sisco is 5 feet 2 inches, 150 pounds with red hair currently. When she was last seen, she was wearing a white sweater and leggings that are tan, green and black. Sisco has a noticeable forehead deformity and usually wears a headband around her forehead.
Anyone with information related to the endangered missing person should immediately call 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency, or call the Springfield Police Department at 417-864-1810.
