The Ozark Region Workforce Development Board and the Missouri Job Center will be assisting with five hiring events next week. Job seekers are encouraged to come prepared, appropriately dressed, and with completed resumes. Resume assistance is available prior to the event at all three Missouri Job Center locations, and the Career Closet is available at the Branson location and main Springfield location.
The Missouri Job Center's main location, 2900 E Sunshine, will be hosting two hiring events on Tuesday, April 25. Bass Pro will be available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. interviewing for full and part-time positions within their distribution center, contact center, retail store, restaurant and corporate office locations. WIS International will be available from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. interviewing for Inventory Associates.
The Missouri Job Center’s Mobile Career Center will be assisting the Missouri Job Center Branson with a Veteran Specific Resource Fair and Hiring Event on Tuesday, April 25, at the Faith Lutheran Church, 221 Malone St, Branson. A variety of Veteran friendly employers will be attending the hiring event representing multiple industries.
The Missouri Job Center will be assisting Dallas County with a hiring event on Thursday, April 27. The event will be held at the Buffalo High School, 500 West Main, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Attending employers include Bass Pro, Central Bank, Citizens Memorial Hospital, CoxHealth, Dallas County School District, DHL, Emery Sapp & Sons, Missouri Department of Transportation, Poor Boy Tree Service, Wood’s Supermarket, and more.
The Missouri Job Center will also be assisting Midwest Technical Institute with an Open House/Career Fair on Saturday, April 29. The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Midwest Technical Institute, 3600 S Glenstone Outer Road.
The Ozark Region Workforce Development Board and Missouri Job Center serve the counties of Christian, Dallas, Greene, Polk, Stone, Taney, and Webster. The Ozark Region boasts three Missouri Job Center locations (Branson, North Springfield, and Springfield), as well as a Mobile Career Center.
