The Springfield Police Department will host a promotion ceremony at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 3, at the Springfield Regional Police and Fire Training Center, 2620 W. Battlefield.
- Lieutenant Kevin Grizzell will be promoted to captain.
- Sergeant David Meyer will be promoted to lieutenant.
- Corporal David Shanholtzer will be promoted to sergeant.
- Officer Mark Foos will be promoted to sergeant.
