FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The Traffic Section of the Springfield Police Department conducted a saturation patrol, targeting hazardous moving violations, on the evening of May 5. The operation yielded 73 traffic stops. Of those, two DWI arrests and three warrant arrests were made, and one liquor law violation and 17 traffic citations were issued.
