On Thursday, May 24, the City of Springfield, Greene County and Healthy Living Alliance leadership will hold a press conference to discuss the impact mental health and substance abuse issues have had locally. The announcements will include an update on the assessment, along with preliminary findings that have begun to bring focus to opportunities for partnership in the future. The press conference will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 24 at the Springfield Regional Police and Fire Training Center, 2620 W. Battlefield.
