April Schackart and Liam Larimore were located by Battlefield Police. They are safe and appear to be in good condition. Thank you to everyone who assisted in the search.

The Springfield Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance to locate two missing individuals, 40-year-old April Schackart and 5-year-old Liam Larimore.
April and Liam were last seen on the evening of Jan. 2, 2020 at 2140 N. Oakland Ave in a white GMC truck (license plate unknown) with “1800GOTJUNK” on the side. They were reported missing by April’s boyfriend, who last spoke to her at around 8:00 p.m. on Jan. 2.
April Schackart (40 yo) is a white female, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 130 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes. Liam Larimore (5 yo) is a white male, four feet tall, 50 pounds, has red hair and blue eyes.
There are no known medical issues for either April or Liam.
Anyone with information concerning their whereabouts should call 911 or Springfield Police Department at 417-864-1810 or make an anonymous call to Crime Stoppers at 417-869-TIPS (8477).
