City Council to hold emergency closed session at noon, open session immediately following

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Springfield City Council will hold a special emergency closed session at noon today, and reconvene in open session immediately following (approximately 12:30 p.m.)  in the Councilman Denny Whayne Conference Room on the fourth floor of the Busch Municipal Building, 840 N. Boonville. The meeting will be livestreamed to the City’s Facebook page and on https://cityview.springfieldmo.gov/livestream/ and broadcast on City View - Mediacom Cable and AT&T U-Verse.

For good cause, it is necessary to hold this meeting on less than twenty-four hours’ notice. As much notice as is reasonably possible has been provided pursuant to RSMo Sec. 610.020.2.
