Sign up by noon Monday, July 27 to attend or speak at meeting

The Landmarks Board will have a regular scheduled meeting on July 29, 2020 at 5:30pm. The meeting will be held electronically via teleconferencing per the Mayor’s proclamation declaring a state of civil emergency and Stay-At-Home Order.
Citizens wishing to speak at the meeting may sign up by contacting the Planning and Development office at 417-864-1611 or by emailing us at [email protected] before 12:00pm on Monday, July 27, 2020. Citizens who do not want to attend the meeting may submit their testimony/comments beforehand by emailing us at the above address and will be included in the minutes. Citizens who have signed up with the Planning and Development office in accordance with the new rule will be required to view and participate in the meeting electronically via teleconferencing in the first floor of Historic City Hall. Physical distancing will be maintained.
Prior to arriving at the Historic City Hall, citizens are required to have their temperature taken and a name tag given to them by the Health Department. Please go to the Health Department across from Old Historic City Hall.
Citizens who have experienced any of the following, will not be allowed inside City Hall:
- Flu-like symptoms
- Respiratory illness (cough, difficulty breathing)
- Fever
- Travelled in the past 14 days to an affected area
- Been exposed to someone who has travelled to an affected area
- Been exposed to someone who has been evaluated for the illness or confirmed illness
