The Landmarks Board will have a regular scheduled meeting on October 21, 2020 at 5:30pm. The meeting will be held electronically via teleconferencing per the Mayor’s proclamation declaring a state of civil emergency and Stay-At-Home Order.
Citizens wishing to speak at the meeting may sign up by contacting the Planning and Development office at 417-864-1611 or by emailing us at [email protected] before 12:00pm on Monday, October 19, 2020. Citizens who do not want to attend the meeting may submit their testimony/comments beforehand by emailing us at the above address and will be included in the minutes. View the agenda.
Citizens who have signed up with the Planning and Development office in accordance with the new rule will be required to view and participate in the meeting electronically via teleconferencing in the first floor of Historic City Hall. Physical distancing will be maintained.
Prior to arriving at the Historic City Hall citizens are required to have their temperature taken and a name tag given to them by the Health Department. Please go to the Health Department across from Historic City Hall.
Citizens who have experienced any of the following, will not be allowed inside Historic City Hall:
- Flu-like symptoms
- Respiratory illness (cough, difficulty breathing)
- Traveled in the past 14 days to a COVID-19 affected area
- Been exposed to someone who has traveled to an affected area
- Been exposed to someone who has been evaluated for the illness or has confirmed illness.
