Make your voice heard by taking our COVID-19 vaccine survey

Make your voice heard!

The Springfield-Greene County Health Department reminds individuals in our community to make your voice heard by participating in our regional COVID-19 vaccine survey. The survey will remain open until Friday, February 19.

We encourage everyone in our region to help us reach our goal of 10,000 responses. So far, 5,500 responses have been submitted since the survey was launched on January 29.

Feedback from our community will allow us to better understand and address common questions and concerns individuals may have about the vaccine. The goal is to provide our community with the information and resources they need to make an informed decision about receiving the vaccine.

The survey measures how likely someone is to receive the vaccine, general attitudes on COVID-19, and where individuals commonly go for information about their health.

The survey can be found at

Individuals in the Missouri’s Region D are invited to complete the survey. These counties include Barry, Barton, Cedar, Christian, Dade, Dallas, Greene, Hickory, Jasper, Lawrence, McDonald, Newton, Polk, St. Clair, Stone, Taney, Vernon and Webster.

Inquiries from the public can be made by contacting the Health Department’s call center at (417) 874-1211 or by email at [email protected].

Please note that the contact number for media inquiries has changed. Media may now contact the Health Department PIO Team by call or text at 417-380-2556 or email at [email protected].
