Kelsey Usher has been safely located.

The Springfield Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing person.
Kelsey Usher, 29, a white female, was last seen at 2100 N. Clifton on February 22 at 8:30 p.m., wearing dark blue jeans and a dark grey long sleeve shirt with white sleeves.
Usher is last known to be with Alan Stokes, 44, a white male. Stokes was last seen with a shaved head, wearing a grey long sleeve flannel shirt with a grey hoodie underneath and eye glasses.
Usher is believed to be missing under involuntary circumstances and endangered because she is in the presence of a potentially dangerous person.
Anyone with information relating to her whereabouts should call 911 or the Springfield Police Department at 417-864-1810.
