The Springfield-Greene County Health Department is partnering with Community Foundation of the Ozarks to offer five chances to win a $500 Walmart or Target gift card to those receiving a 1st or 2nd dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at one of the pop-up clinics happening at Springfield Public Schools in March. These pop-up clinics are open to the public and you do not have to be an SPS student or parent to be vaccinated. The location and times for the vaccination clinics on these dates are as follows:
- Central High School, 423 E. Central, 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Glendale High School, 2727 S. Ingram Mill Rd., 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Any individual who received a 1st or 2nd dose at the March 1st vaccination clinic at Central High School and the March 3rd clinic at Glendale High School will automatically be entered into the drawing. A total of 5 people will win one $500 gift card each. Winners will be contacted directly by a Health Department representative.
Though COVID-19 numbers have declined after the omicron surge, vaccination continues to be the most effective way to protect your community and your loved ones against a future COVID-19 surge. Learn more about the COVID-19 vaccine and find vaccination opportunities at vaccine417.com or by calling the COVID-19 Call Center at 417-874-1211.
