This week’s COVID-19 public vaccination opportunities: Nov. 28 – Dec. 3

Springfield-Greene County Health encourages everyone to consider getting vaccinated against COVID-19. A weekly schedule for COVID-19 vaccination opportunities in Greene County for Nov. 28 – Dec. 3 can be found below. Vaccination against COVID-19 can help prevent severe illness and hospitalization. If you have any questions about COVID-19 vaccination, please visit vaccine417.com or call 417-874-1211.  


Additionally, flu vaccines will be available at some COVID-19 clinics hosted by the Health Department to those 19 and older who are uninsured or underinsured. Getting both your flu and COVID-19 vaccine in or around the same time is considered safe. 


Individuals who receive a primary (first or second) dose of the COVID-19 vaccine or their first booster shot at a Health Department clinic will receive a $50 gift card while supplies last.


Monday, November 28   

  • Westside Public Health Center – 660 S. Scenic Ave., from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.  Closed 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. for lunch. Novavax offered today. 


Tuesday, November 29 

  • Westside Public Health Center – 660 S. Scenic Ave., from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.  Closed 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. for lunch.  


Wednesday, November 30 

  • O'Reilly Center for Hope (Day of Hope event) – 1518 E. Dale St., from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.  Flu vaccine offered.  


Thursday, December 1 

  • Westside Public Health Center – 660 S. Scenic Ave., from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.  Closed 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. for lunch.  

  • Republic Library – 921 N. Lindsey Ave., from 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m.   Flu vaccine offered. 

  • Brentwood Library – 2214 S. Brentwood Blvd., from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Flu vaccine offered. 


Friday, December 2 

  • Westside Public Health Center – 660 S. Scenic Ave., from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.  Closed 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. for lunch.  


Saturday, December 3 

  • Hope and Anchor Church– 2216 W. College St., from 8:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m. Flu vaccineoffered. 

  • Library Station– 2535 N. Kansas Expy., from 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m.   Flu vaccine offered.
