Our goal is to provide employees with a healthier meal option during the work day, therefore, we are looking for food trucks that can offer at least ONE healthy meal option. “Healthy” is defined as a meal under 600 calories, a gluten free option, a vegetarian option, or offers a fruit or vegetable side, or includes a lean protein option (fish, skinless, white-meat poultry, beans, tofu, etc.). Location specifications: Two spots have been approved and they are located in the employee parking lot at the Southwest corner of Central and Boonville. No access to electricity or water.
