    Site maps can be drawn in a variety of ways. For example, you can create your site map through Microsoft Publisher, draw on paper and scan into your computer, or through a photo of your drawn site map. All must be uploaded through the computer. If unable to attach a site map the application must be done in hard copy form and mailed to the address provided.

    It shall be unlawful for any person to plant or cause to be planted any street tree closer to any curb, alley, private drive, streetlight, traffic signal, sidewalk or street intersection than the minimum distance shown from such improvements in the following table:
