  5. Site maps can be drawn in a variety of ways. For example you can create your site map through Microsoft Publisher, drawing on paper and scanning into your computer, or through a picture of your drawn site map. All must be uploaded through the computer. If unable to attach a site map the permit must be done in hard copy form and mailed to the address provided.
  6. Applicant requests:
  7. The City purchase and plant a tree on City right-of-way as indicated on the site map.
  8. Applicant agrees to:
  9. Provide 3 years of maintenance for the newly planted tree.
  10. Alert the City to problems with the tree during the agreed upon establishment period.

    It shall be unlawful for any person to plant or cause to be planted any street tree closer to any curb, alley, private drive, streetlight, traffic signal, sidewalk or street intersection than the minimum distance shown from such improvements in the following table:
