Walk-ins only. Pfizer primary and booster doses will be available for those 5 years and older. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Vaccine information can be found at vaccine417.com . All individuals receiving a COVID-19 vaccination will receive a $50 gift card while supplies last. A photo ID is required in order to receive a gift card, but one is not required to receive a vaccine. For children under 5 years old, please contact your child’s pediatrician.
