    Walk-ins welcome. We offer Moderna doses for ages 6+, Pfizer doses for ages 5+, and Novavax primary and booster doses as per eligibility requirements. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Vaccine information can be found at www.vaccine417.com. . For children under 5 years old, please contact your child’s pediatrician. The clinic is closed from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.
